Waivers

Waiver Summary Text:

Fee Refund Waiver Clause

By clicking yes, you acknowledge and accept that all fees paid or payable are strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances in which you or the registered player:

• sustain an injury at any point during the season, or
• voluntarily withdraw from participation after the season has commenced.

This policy also applies to individuals on a payment plan. In the event of injury or withdrawal, you agree to continue paying the remaining balance of the fees in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

You further acknowledge and agree that by registering and paying, you (or your child) are committing to participate for the full duration of the season. No refunds or fee reductions will be issued for partial participation.

You understand and accept that West Coast Cobras fees contribute to essential operational costs, including but not limited to insurance, coaching, uniforms, training, and game-related expenses. As a not-for-profit club, West Coast Cobras reserves the right to adjust fees in response to rising costs, while maintaining a commitment to keeping fees as affordable as possible for all participants.
